Crowngreen VIP levels, the cashback table and the fast track

The Crowngreen VIP club has five steps: Chamber, Manor, Estate, Royal and Crown Reserve. The cashback page spells the fourth one Royale. It is the same level.

Getting points

Points come from deposits: one for every $15. To hold entry status you need 100 points within a week or 200 within a month. There is also a shortcut. Pay in $1,500 in one go and Manor is yours at once.

What each level gives

• Chamber: 5% cashback with x10 rollover. Daily withdrawal limit $7,500.
• Manor: 8% cashback, x5. $7,500 a day. Birthday cash at x10. From here you get a VIP manager, reachable in chat or on the phone.
• Estate: 10% cashback, x3. $15,000 a day. Birthday cash at x5.
• Royal: 12% cashback, x1. $15,000 a day. Birthday cash at x3.
• Crown Reserve: 15% cashback with no rollover. Custom withdrawal limit and individual birthday terms.

Cashback rules

Cashback covers net losses for one local day, from 00:00 to 23:59. It arrives at 09:00. Activate it within 3 days, then clear it within 3 days of activation.

VIP-only promotions

VIP status also opens VIP Tuesday Power, VIP Midweek Rush and the top tiers of the weekly deals. Those top tiers carry no cash-out cap. On Monday Kickstart, max-win limits do not apply to VIPs.
